When will I receive my shipment? 

Our processing time ranges between 2-7 days. This gives us enough time to ensure the quality and packaging of your shipment. After the processing time, you can expect your order within 15 business days. Sometimes there are holdups that we are unable to control. Don't worry if your shipment encounters a hold we will notify you as soon as we find out. It is rare that our shipments hit a bump in the road but it does happen from time to time.

Does Wheel Pen Ship Internationally?

Yes, all of our products can be shipped internationally, note that there are a few countries that we are unable to ship to due to restrictions. If you have any questions about if we can ship to your desired country feel free to contact us.
